This recipe is a blend of two cultures, Macedonian (Loukaniko) and Moroccan (Merguez).

1.2 kg Ground Lamb
800 g Ground Beef
12 g Preserved Lemon
64 g Leeks
17 g Garlic Puree
72 g Onion Puree
10 g Paprika
12 g Brandy
30 g Kosher Salt
4 g Black Pepper
7 g Garlic Powder
12 g Parsley
